Reese Witherspoon Engaged To Hollywood Agent Jim Toth

The Oscar-winning actress announced plans to wed Hollywood agent Jim Toth, less than a year after her split from hunky leading guy Jake Gyllenhaal.

"They are extremely happy," Witherspoon's representative told Us Magazine.

The 34-year-old "Legally Blonde" actress  began dating Toth, 40, last January, shortly after her split from Gyllenhaal.

The duo went public with their romance in March during a romantic birthday weekend in Ojai, Calif.

"She is definitely happy, in love and definitely wants to settle down," a pal told the magazine of her engagment to Toth.

Toth works as an agent at L.A.'s Creative Artists Agency, but doesn't represent Witherspoon.

This will be the second marriage for Witherspoon, who won a best actress academy award for her role as June Carter Cash in "Walk The Line."

She and hunky actor Ryan Phillippe were married for seven years before divorcing in 2008.

They have two daughters: Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7.

Insiders told Us that Toth has "bonded" with Witherspoon's kids.

He even looked after them in Los Angeles last fall while Witherspoon shot her new flick "This Means War" in Vancouver.

"Ava and Deacon are happy with him," the source added.

Witherspoon has been the subject of plenty of wedding rumors recently.

She joked about engagement chatter to Entertainment Weekly, saying "My mom always texts me, like, 'Are you getting married?'" Witherspoon said. "I'm like, 'Mom, come on! You would know if I was getting married,'" she said.

Lindsay Lohan To Leave Rehab In A Few Days

Lindsay Lohan is set next week to leave the Betty Ford Center, where she has been undergoing court-mandated rehab stemming from a 2007 drunken driving and drug possession case.

In October, a judge ruled the 24-year-old actress, who has been sent to jail several times for the conviction and for violating the terms of her probation, must undergo treatment until Jan. 3, 2011. Her father, Michael, says Lohan will leave the treatment facility on Tuesday, a day later, and move into a new home in Los Angeles, CNN reported.

Lohan's next court date is on Feb. 25, 2011. If a judge rules she has stayed clean and sober, her supervised probation could end. If not, she could be sent to jail for another stint - this time, lasting up to 180 days.

Lohan has completed a total of three stints behind bars - the first lasting 84 minutes, the second, 14 days. In September, she spent 15 hours in jail after she failed a drug test and wrote about it on her Twitter page. She entered a rehabilitation center days later.

Lohan has undergone also treatment in rehab centers several times, including for unrelated incidents. Her most recent stint began in late September.

Lohan, known for her roles in "Freaky Friday" and "Mean Girls, pleaded guilty in 2007 to being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to driving with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08 percent and reckless driving.

She was recently dropped from a movie role following her turmoil. She was set to play Linda Lovelace, who shot to fame with the 1972 film "Deep Throat," in a new movie about her life, called "Inferno." Director Matthew Wilder says the film is moving on without Lohan.

Earlier this month, a Betty Ford Center technician accused Lindsay Lohan of attacking her after allegedly refusing take a breathalyzer test. A criminal battery investigation was opened and the actress was named as a suspect, although no arrests were made.

The technician was later fired after speaking to the press and retracted her comments, saying the actress never committed a crime and that the complaint would be dropped.

Kim Kardashian Making A Music Video With Kanye West

Kim Kardashian playing coy about what she's been up to the last couple days, but TMZ's onto her! The site reports Kim is filming a music video for her upcoming album, and she's doing it with Kanye West!

Both stars were spotted entering a studio in LA Tuesday, and Kim tweeted that there's something major going down.
"OMG u guys have no idea what I'm doing today! You are gonna DIE!!!!" she wrote.

Then, later in the day, she added: " What an amazing day!!! I'm finished for today...but we have a few more to go! Can't twitpic just yet but will soon!"

Forget the twitpics, our photogs spotted both Kim and Kanye entering the studio separately, leading us to believe their collaboration is what's up. Also, we hear famed music video producer Hype Williams is in charge things, so we bet it's epic!

Amanda Seyfried Used To Feel 'Extremely Ugly'

Amanda Seyfried is known now as the drop-dead gorgeous blonde from movies like Letters to Juliet and Jennifer's Body, but she struggled to accept her looks when she was a teenager and became nervous around other people.

Jolie And Pitt Spend Christmas In Namibia

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt returned to the country of adopted daughter Shiloh's birth for the holidays. The family spent a week in a villa at the Naankuse Wildlife Sanctuary and Lodge in the village of Langstrand in Namibia.

The family -- which includes children Maddox, nine, Pax, seven, Zahara, five, and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne as well as Shiloh -- arrived in the country on December 19, and reportedly spent their time on the beach as well as roaming in the nearby Nakuluft Mountains.

A source said: “They really enjoyed their trip. They were able to mingle with locals, visit Swakopmund and go to the beach there and also the beach in their neighborhood.”

The family stayed with a host family, headed by Dr. Rudie van Vuuren, a famous physician, cricket player and conservationist and his wife Marlice. Angelina and Brad spend Christmas every other year at a foreign destination, with the actress admitting recently she was looking forward to a festive adventure.

She said: “We're going to travel with the kids and go to a random part of the world. We're going to travel and have an adventure because that's what we love to do.”

Lady Gaga Has A Secret to Tell Little Monsters On New Year's Eve

Lady Gaga has a big secret to tell her Little Monsters, but they're going to have to wait. The pop star promised to tell her fans a Born This Way announcement as soon as the clock strikes 12 on New Year's Eve. (We're guessing Eastern Time, in case you're wondering.)

She hinted at the news on Twitter on Christmas (via PopEater): "Merry Christmas little monsters! I love you with all my heart. My gift to you is a BORN THIS WAY announcement Midnight on NEW YEARS EVE. -MM," Gaga tweeted.

Originally, we thought she was going to reveal the name of he new album to ring in 2011, but that already happened at the VMAs earlier this year. So, it's gotta be something bigger and better now.

Will it be a new single? An album cover? Tour date announcements? We don't know...but, we do know that a LOT of Little Monsters will be glued to their Twitter pages on Friday!
