Domestic Goddess SkillsIs Working on Her Domestic Goddess Skills

Jessica Simpson announced her engagement to former NFL player Eric Johnson in November, and rumor has it she's taking vegan cooking classes to impress her man. She's learning at the Madeleine Bistro in Tarzana, California.

However, it would appear this is a new passion as the blonde beauty's ex-husband Nick Lachey -- whom Jessica divorced in 2006 after four years of marriage -- didn't benefit from her domestic skills.

A source told National Enquirer magazine: "Jessica is determined to be more of a domestic goddess this time in regards to her marriage.

"She hardly ever prepared meals when she and ex-hubby Nick Lachey were together."

It could be the singer is honing her skills to prepare for a family with her new fiancé, as she recently admitted she is excited to have kids with Eric.

Kristen Stewart Hides from Teenage Girls

Kristen Stewart's hugely popular role as Bella Swan in the Twilight Saga movies has made it difficult for her to blend in, and she finds herself hiding from fans of the franchise to avoid uncomfortable situations.

She said: "There's no way to eloquently put this. I just can't go to the mall. It bothers me that I can't be outside very often. And also to not ever be 'some girl' again. Just being some chick at some place, that's gone.

"Masses of girls identified with Bella in a really profound way, for want of a better world. The connection that I've seen people have. I've seen it physically. It's the characters they're flipping for."

Although the 20-year-old actress finds them terrifying, Kristen revealed she is conscious of how much the books and movies mean to the fans and hopes she is doing the character of Bella justice for them.

She said Bella is "a character who is embedded in so many people's psyches at this point.”

She added: "It's starting to enter my head a lot more than it used to because it's at the end and it's come such a long way. I just want the fans of the book to be happy. I don't necessarily care about anyone else."

Kristen is enjoying a successful career -- making a reported $25 million for the fourth and fifth installments in the vampire franchise -- but she says she would not have become an actress if she hadn’t started so young.

Of her first role at nine years old, she told Vogue magazine: "At that time I just thought it was fun. I don't think I would ever have been able to be an actress had I not started at nine years old. I would have been the last person to stand up and say, 'I'd like to star in the play.’"

Lady Gaga Projected to Make $100 Million in 2011

Lady Gaga, known for her flamboyant outfits and personality on top of her infectious pop hits, is on track to make $100 million this year, according to Forbes.

The 'Poker Face' singer is set to make almost $40 million more than she did in 2010, making her the seventh-highest paid musician in the world, and just $1 million behind hip-hop powerhouse Jay-Z.

How did she earn so much money? Touring, touring, touring. Lady Gaga's shows command a much higher average ticket price ($102) than other current acts, and she put on a whopping 138-stop tour last year.

Experts estimate Gaga's album sales will also significantly boost her earnings. She'll release her next album, the highly-anticipated 'Born This Way,' in May and she could earn up to $15 million from record sales alone. Her last album, 'The Fame' sold over 12 million copie

Johnny Depp Had to Be Rescued from Angelina Jolie's Dog

Johnny Depp starred with Angelina Jolie in the recent movie The Tourist, and he says he once agreed to watch her dog so she and Brad Pitt could go on a romantic date. The only problem? He hates dogs.

He recalled: "Foolishly I was persuaded to look after their dog Jacques for a night. He's a huge bulldog. At first I had a terrible feeling, because Jacques smelled horrible.

"But then I told myself, 'Come on, you will survive one night.' Everything was cool -- until I sat down on the bed to take my shoes off. Jacques pounced on me from behind and kept jumping around on me.

"He's not small. Around 175 pounds of dog was hurled at me, which felt like about 300 pounds. I shouted for help and luckily someone came to take that beast off me."

Despite the incident, Johnny did not let it affect his relationship with the couple. He and long-term partner Vanessa Paradis, 38, enjoyed being able to socialize with them after filming ended for the day.

He told German magazine TV Movie: "We often went for dinner with them. It was great. I've known Brad since the end of the Eighties. It was great to see him as a man and amazing father."

James Van Der Beek: I Broke Down While Watching Wife in Labor

It sounds like James Van Der Beek could have used a few drugs himself while watching wife Kimberly Brook give birth.

The former Dawson's Creek star's wife gave birth to baby Olivia in September and James admitted there was one point when his wife’s 15-hour-long labor proved to be too traumatic for him.

The 33-year-old actor said: "It's not easy to watch the person you love go through that. At one point in the middle, I had to excuse myself and secretly take 20 seconds in the bathroom to break down, wipe my eyes, beat my chest, and man up for her. There's a reason they don't let men give birth."

Kimberly -- who started dating James in July 2009, one month after he separated from first wife Heather McComb -- admitted the labor was so difficult that there came a stage when she thought she was going to faint.

She told Britain’s OK! magazine: "Once we got to the hospital, it took 15 hours before she arrived. It was the four-and-a-half hours of pushing that was the hard part. I got to the point where I thought I might literally pass out while my body was uncontrollably pushing."

Having a Lot of Fun: Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries

Don't expect to see Kim Kardashian's newest beau, New Jersey Nets star Kris Humphries, on her latest reality show, Kourtney & Kim Take New York. But, she is quite serious about the hunky basketball pro.

"I met him towards the end of filming the show," said Kardashian, explaining to People magazine why Humphries won't be on the show. "I'm having a lot of fun [with him]."

The show will, however, show Kim attempting to find Mr. Right as she turns 30. "I'm showing a lot of my dating life, which I've never really done before," she said. "I mean you've seen bits and pieces of my relationships before, but you've never really seen me being single and doing whatever I want to do."

As for finding love in front of a camera, Kardashian admitted it's difficult, but she has faith. "I never think love is hard," she says. "I think if it's meant to be, it's meant to be."

Kim Kardashian Gearing up for Skechers Superbowl Ad

Kim Kardashian doesn't have a boyfriend playing in this year's Super Bowl, but that doesn't mean she isn't going to get some pricy screen time!

The long-lashed entrepreneur is a spokesmodel for Skechers ShapeUps, among many other things, which means she'll be starring in a television advertisement to air during the year's most beloved American sporting event on February 6. On her blog, Kim explained, "I don't want to give too much away, but the storyline of the ad is so fun and I think you guys are going to love the commercial. I have to break someone's heart in the end... but you'll have to wait to see why!"

Judging from the promo behind-the-scenes shot posted to Kim's blog, the television personality won't be wearing all that much in the commercial, save a pair of pink and black ShapeUps. Are you looking forward to seeing her big ad debut?
